Support & documentation

Welcome to our support & documentation. Here we have a selection of FAQ's and tutorial videos to enable you to get the most out of your mobile-website.pro site

To make your new mobile site live, you will need to modif your DNS / Domain Name Servers.

Don't worry it's easy! but If you cannot edit the DNS yourself or if
you're not sure how this is done, please contact your domain provider to do the following:

Add m.yourdomain name.com CNAME lb.site.mobi

Please allow one to 12 hours for the these changes to
take effect as whois tables update.

If you want to use a so called 3rd level domain name, for example:
  • m.yourdomainname.com
  • mobile.yourdomainname.com
Use a CNAME record to direct traffic to lb.site.mobi

Example:

m.yourdomainname.com CNAME lb.site.mobi TTL 3600
mobile.yourdomainname.com CNAME lb.site.mobi TTL 3600

If you want to use a so called 2rd level domain name, for example:
  • yourdomainname.mobi
  • yourdomainname.info
  • yourdomainname.com

Use a CNAME record to direct traffic to lb.site.mobi

Example:

yourdomainname.mobi CNAME lb.site.mobi TTL 3600

See the example below of a tyical DNS manager:
